INDUSTRIAL FANS (Application) We have designed, manufactured and supplied fans for a wide ranging applications. To name few are - 1. Induced draught, Forced draught and Auxiliary Air Fan for Boilers of evaporative capacity upto 75 Te/Hr. 2. Blowers for Dust Collectors. 3. Blowers for Centrifugal Machine. _{These fans handle materials such as Sugar Dust, Boiler Flue Gasses and Fly Ash.}
(Salient Features) Salient features of the Fans designed and supplied by our principal are - 1. Developed Computer Programs to optimize the design of fans using iterative computations. 2. Designed to achieve an overall and hydraulic efficiency of above 70% and 87-91% or above respectively. 3. Designed for minimum losses such as Impeller Friction losses, Diffuser losses and Bearing losses etc. 4. Drawing developed on CAD to achieve highly accurate shapes of components. 5. Total Static Pressure of upto 650 mm WG. 6. Full Scale template drawings on computer plotter for making. 7. Provision of replaceable wear pads, duly hard faced for greater erosion resistance to achieve longer vane life. 8. Fan duly balanced dynamically with high accuracy. 9. Air Cooled bearings for Hot Blowers
