We are an Engineering based organization and have a number of experienced Consultants & Engineers with us. Our team is headed by the Managing Director Mr. G K Kumar, a Mechanical Engineer from Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur (1971), who has a vast experience in the field of Sugar Industry, Test Rigs for Air Craft's Industry, Alternate Energy etc.

Apart from providing general Consultancy Services to Sugar Industry, We undertake project formulation, Basic & Detail Engineering work, monitoring of projects, supervision of fabrication and erection work, manning the commissioning of plant and machinery, third party inspection, formulation of Quality Assurance System, assistance in achieving required performance parameters and trouble shooting. We have a team of dedicated Engineers, Draughts-men, Technicians etc. and have to their credit many design jobs in sugar and other fields.

We have computers with CAD facilities and carry out major designs & drawings on computers. We have developed advanced program for design for Boiler Fans and have to their credit fabrication & supply of 200 Fans of high efficiency. We provide complete Ash Handling Solution, for any capacity boilers. Starting from Wet Scrubber to reduce the spm level bringing it down to 80 spm. The slurry is further disposed off using our state of the art Ash Handling System, an automatic system for disposing off the Ash directly into trolley.

All above work is carried out under the expert supervision and guidelines of our  Managing Director Mr. G K Kumar, B. Tech.(Hon's) Mech., B.O.E., F.S.T.A. FIE, CHARTERED ENGINEER, Member I.S.S.C.T. having vast experience. He also worked for 19 years as General Manger / Chief Engineer in various Sugar Industries. He also published many technical papers & was awarded  NOEL DEERR GOLD MEDAL in 1987 in STAI's convention, on the topic of Running I.D. Fans for Boilers using ORC Turbines with the help of waste heat in fuel gasses. Apart from sugar industry he is providing consultancy as well as done several projects with Hindustan Aeronautics Limited.
